The DeMorgenzon DMZ Grenache Noir showcases enticing aromas of red cherry compote, accented by subtle spices. Rich and deep, it delights the palate with a smooth, silky texture. This red wine boasts an excellent structure, leading to an earthy yet elegant finish.
Treatment in the cellar
The grapes were hand-picked with great care and fermented naturally, both as whole berries and partly on the whole bunch. After fermentation, the wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels with a capacity of 300 litres and 500 litres. The wine was not refined in any way and was only minimally filtered.
