Delaire Graff Coastal Cuvée Sauvignon Blanc 2024 presents an enticing aromatic profile of tropical fruits, interlaced with hints of black currant, Cape gooseberries, and nettles. On the palate, it is expertly balanced and full-bodied, offering a delightful crispness and vibrant acidity. The refined minerality enhances the concentrated fruit notes, leading to a lengthy and memorable finish that captivates the senses.
Das Traubengut wurde in unterschiedlichen Regionen wie Stellenbosch, Durbanville, Darling und Franschhoek geerntet. In dieser Kombination verbirgt sich der einzigartige Geschmack einer jeden Region und wird vereint zu vollständiger Harmonie. Die Fermentierung dauerte drei Wochen bei kontrollierten 15°C an, wobei die 8% Semillon in neuer französischer Eiche fermentierten. Zur Postfermentation lag der Wein noch fünf Monate auf der Hefe.
