Delaire Graff Coastal Cuvée Sauvignon Blanc 2025 presents a captivating aroma of tropical fruits, accented by blackcurrant, Cape gooseberry, and hints of nettle. This wine reveals a well-rounded texture and full-bodied profile, enhanced by a crispy freshness, vibrant acidity, and a delicate minerality that culminates in a prolonged finish.
Through meticulous vinification and a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, this Coastal Cuvée showcases exceptional structure, depth, and aging potential. The barrel fermentation of Semillon further adds to its complexity, promising an aging potential of over 10 years.
Das Traubengut wurde in unterschiedlichen Regionen wie Stellenbosch, Durbanville, Darling und Franschhoek geerntet. In dieser Kombination verbirgt sich der einzigartige Geschmack einer jeden Region und wird vereint zu vollständiger Harmonie. Die Fermentierung dauerte drei Wochen bei kontrollierten 15°C an, wobei die 8% Semillon in neuer französischer Eiche fermentierten. Zur Postfermentation lag der Wein noch fünf Monate auf der Hefe.
