The De Trafford Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 showcases a dazzling ruby hue, unfolding an intricate bouquet of red berries, aromatic fynbos, and nuances of tomato leaf intertwined with earthy spices. Post fermentation, the wine was pressed directly into barrels, a third of which were new French oak. The wine matured for 22 months before being bottled by hand without filtration.
