The De Grendel Shiraz 2022 unfolds in a deep ruby hue, accented by violet highlights. Das Traubengut für diesen erstklassigen Shiraz wurde bei optimalem Reifegrad handgelesen und bei Ankunft in der Kellerei in offenen Stahltanks fermentiert. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen sowie malolaktischen Gärung im Tank reifte der Wein 13 Monate in einer Kombination aus 10 % neuer amerikanischer und 10 % neuer französischer Eiche sowie zu 80 % in zweit- und drittbelegten Fässern.
