This blend of Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, Cinsault, and Pinotage results in a full-bodied, smooth wine with a stunning Rhône style. On the palate, it unveils a kaleidoscope of ripe black fruits, vibrant raspberries, and a medley of wild herbs, accented by lively acidity and elegant tannins that enhance the wine's complexity.
Dieser Jahrgang beinhaltet wieder eine Portion Grenache und Syrah die in einem Beton-Ei / Gefäß fermentiert und gereift wurden. Der Wein wurde auch in neutralen, älteren 500L französischen Eichenfässer gereift; der Pinotage Anteil in 4000L foudres. Nach dem Abfüllen reifte der Wein zuerst 18 Monate in der Flasche.
