The Clos Malverne Sauvignon Blanc 2025 captivates with its rich structure and impeccable balance between fruit and acidity. Das Traubengut für den Clos Malverne Sauvignon Blanc wurde bei optimalem Reifegrad handgelesen und bei Ankunft in der Kellerei vollständig entrappt, gequetscht und für 24 Stunden auf der Haut auf 10°C runtergekühlt. Die Fermentierung fand bei geregelten 14-16°C in Tanks aus Edelstahl statt. Nach Abschluss der Gärung wurde der Wein so lange wie möglich auf der Hefe gelassen, bevor er zum fertigen Genuss auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
