On the palate, it reveals a soft, well-balanced character, delighting with its fruity-spicy nuance and culminating in a pleasing, lingering finish.
Treatment in the cellar
After fermentation at 25°C-30°C, the skins are pressed in traditional basket presses. Free-run and pressed juice are combined and malolactic fermentation develops spontaneously in the tank. The wine is aged for a further six months in oak barrels.
