Das Traubengut wurde in den frühen Morgenstunden handgelesen und am ganzen Bund gepresst. Der Sauvignon Blanc wurde in Fässern aus französischem Eichenholz fermentiert, während der Semillon in alten traditionellen Tonamphoren ausgebaut wurde, um die mineralischen Aspekte dieser wundervollen Rebsorte hervorzuheben.
