The Bosman Adama White Blend captivates with enticing aromas of ripe nectarines, apples, and stone fruits. Fragrant nuances of jasmine, green apple, and delicate ginger spice lead to a refreshing lime finish. On the palate, generous notes of stone fruit unfold, supported by a clear, lively acidity and a harmoniously rounded mouthfeel.
The name Adama, meaning 'from the earth', pays homage to Adam Appollis, a legendary patriarch and mentor to many families who have worked alongside the Bosman family for generations. Appollis has been a defining figure for the worker community and a close confidant of the Bosmans.
Since 2008, this connection is reflected in a unique model where employees own a 26% share in the entire agricultural operation and land they have farmed and lived on for generations.
Die Trauben für diesen Blend kommen von verschiedenen Hügeln des Bovlei Valleys und von dem oberen Hemel-en Arde Valleys der Walker Bay. Alle Komponenten wurden bis zwei Monate vor Abfüllung einzeln verarbeitet und anschließend verschnitten. Die Hauptkomponenten reiften vier Monate in französischer Eiche.
