The Bon Courage Jacques Bruére Brut Reserve 2017 is a hallmark of Cap Classique excellence, crafted from 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. With its elegant bubbles and velvety texture, this sparkling wine reveals enticing aromas of sun-ripened apples and honey. A lingering marzipan finish adds a touch of sophistication, beckoning you for another sip of this charming wine.
Der Grundwein wurde während der ersten Fermentierung acht Monate auf der Hefe gelassen, wobei 10% des Chardonnays im Fass fermentierten. Der perlende Zauber beginnt in der zweiten Fermentierung, die in der Flasche stattfindet und woraufhin der Wein 100 Monate auf der Hefe verbleibt. Nach dem „Disgorgement“ ( März 2023 - dem Entfernen der Hefe) und der Dosage (der Hinzugabe von Grundwein und Zucker) wurden die Flaschen mit Korken verschlossen und zum Genuss herausgegeben.
