The Boekenhoutskloof Franschhoek Cabernet Sauvignon enchants with its aromatic richness, featuring a captivating nose of dark berries and ripe cherries. Das Traubengut wurde mit größter Sorgfalt handgelesen, handsortiert und bei Ankunft in der Kellerei komplett entrappt. Anschließend wurden die Weinbeeren einer Kaltquellphase in traditionellen Betonbottichen unterzogen, woraufhin die Gärung teils spontan und teils durch Einsatz ausgewählter Hefen einsetze. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Fermentierung folgte die malolaktische Gärung in französischen Barriques mit einer Füllmenge von 225 l pro Fass. Anschließend reifte der Wein 22 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern aus dem Hause Sylvain und Saury.
