This dry red wine showcases pronounced, complex aromas of red and black fruits, currant leaves, licorice, vanilla, nutmeg, toast, cocoa beans, tobacco, and cigar boxes. Its full body, characterized by high, ripe, rounded tannins, is complemented perfectly by a well-structured medium acidity. The finish is long and remarkably harmonious. This wine is at the outset of its drinking maturity, expected to evolve over the next 3-5 years and remain cellaring-worthy for an additional 3-5 years.
