The Bizoe Estalet Syrah captivates with a rich bouquet of blueberries, blackberries, and cranberries, along with subtle spiced undertones of cinnamon, licorice, and black pepper. Für diesen Shiraz wurden lediglich vier Tonnen Trauben gelesen. 70 % des gewonnen Weins verbrachten 15 Monate in neuer Eiche mit einem Anteil von 85 % französischer und 15 % amerikanischer Eiche. Die 30 % der zweit- und drittbefüllten Fässer verleihen dem Wein perfekte Balance, die von Weinliebhabern so geliebt und geschätzt wird.
