This robust Cape Blend is characterized by its remarkable complexity while preserving exquisite balance. A touch of dark chocolate enriches the long, velvety finish, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
Fermentierung in offenen Tanks, bei 27°C, mit fünf bis sieben Tagen Hautkontakt. Nach malolaktischer Gärung in Edelstahltanks, reifte dieser Wein noch 22 Monate in 100% französicherm Neuholz.
