Treatment in the cellar

Das Traubengut für diesen köstlichen Schaumwein wurde am ganzen Bund gepresst und fermentierte zunächst in Tanks aus Edelstahl, wo der Wein nach Abschluss der Gärung sieben Monate auf der feinen Hefe verbrachte, bevor er für die sekundäre Gärung auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde, wo der Wein vor dem Degorgement weitere 55 Monate auf der Hefe (in der Flasche) reifte.
