The Anthonij Rupert Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 presents a captivating aroma of blackcurrant leaf and spirits, intertwined with a seductive perfume of violets. Das Traubengut wurde handgelesen und in kleinen Stiegen zur Kellerei transportiert, wo es komplett entrappt und Beere für Beere mit großer Sorgaflt auf Qualität hin überprüft wurde. In Eichenholz-Fermentern wurden die Beeren einer ausgedehnten Kaltquellphase von mehreren Tagen unterzogen und langsam zu einer wärmeren Temperatur gebracht. Nach Abschluss der Fermentierung wurde der Wein in französischen 225L Barriques (80% Neuholz) umgefüllt, in denen der Wein 24 Monate reifte, bevor er auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
