The Weltevrede 1912 Cabernet Sauvignon showcases a deep violet color, exuding an intense bouquet of ripe berries intertwined with black pepper spice. Pleasing flavors of fresh blueberries, blackberries, and pomegranate enrich the palate, joined by a hint of white pepper. This smooth Cabernet Sauvignon concludes with a long, smoky finish, making it a phenomenal tasting experience!
A small production crafted from carefully selected grapes. Fermentation occurs in French oak barrels, avoiding malolactic fermentation and allowing for extended skin contact with weekly battonage (stirring of the yeast). The wine matures for an additional six months in barrel, is lightly filtered, and then bottled.
