The Waterkloof Circumstance Cape Coral Mourvèdre Rosé shimmers in a radiant salmon hue, captivating with aromas of both white and yellow fruits, particularly melon, along with floral hints of orange blossom. The palate reveals impressive length and a beautifully balanced acidity, accented by mineral notes reminiscent of gravel. Soft and sleek, this rosé offers a refreshing acidity that lingers delightfully. A true standout!
Handgelesen und anschließend am ganzen Bund in horizontaler Korbpresse gepresst, wurde nur der feinste Saft für den weiteren Produktionsverlauf in Tanks aus Edelstahl geleitet, wo er zunächst 12 Stunden ruhen durfte. Anschließend wurde der klare Saft abgeschöpft und in ältere bzw. zuvorbelegte Fässer gefüllt, wo die spontane Gärung einsetzte. Nach Abschluss der Gärung verbrachte der Wein noch weitere Zeit auf der Hefe, um ein Maximum an Komplexität in den Wein zu übertragen.
