The Waterkloof Circumstance Cape Coral Mourvèdre Rosé shimmers in a radiant salmon hue, captivating with aromas of both white and yellow fruits, particularly melon, along with floral hints of orange blossom. The palate reveals impressive length and a beautifully balanced acidity, accented by mineral notes reminiscent of gravel. Soft and sleek, this rosé offers a refreshing acidity that lingers delightfully. A true standout!
Handpicked and pressed whole-bunch in a horizontal basket press, only the finest juice was directed to stainless steel tanks, allowing it to rest for 12 hours. The clear juice was then siphoned into older, pre-used barrels, where spontaneous fermentation took place. After fermentation, the wine spent additional time on the lees to enhance complexity.
