Warwick The First Lady Cabernet Sauvignon reveals a deep ruby hue, exuding captivating aromas of plums, berry fruits, dark chocolate, and delicate cocoa nuances. This is the inaugural release from the First Lady series, marking the debut of Cabernet Sauvignon at Warwick.
After harvest, the grapes were destemmed and left on the skins in stainless steel tanks for seven to fourteen days. Malolactic fermentation followed, and the wine matured for 12 months in previously used barrels of various oak sources.
