The Warwick Professor Black Sauvignon Blanc captivates the senses with a stunning array of fragrant fig, aromatic herbs, juicy peach, and ripe passion fruit, elegantly lifted by fresh lime. On the palate, it is vibrant and beautifully structured, revealing delicate notes of citrus blossom and Fynbos, with a well-judged acidity that gracefully envelops the experience.
Das Traubengut wurde in den frühen Morgenstunden gelesen und mit Ankunft in der Kellerei umgehend gequetscht und in Tanks aus Edelstahl gegeben, wo es zwischen sechs und zwölf Stunden auf der Haut ruhte, bevor es sanft abgepresst wurde. Es folgte eine kühlgeregelte Fermentierung in Stahl mit anschließend 100 Tagen Reifezeit auf der Hefe, bevor der Wein stabilisiert auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
