Das Traubengut wurde in den frühen Morgenstunden handgelesen und bei Ankunft im Keller umgehend entrappt und bei kühlgeregelten Temperaturen in Tanks aus Edelstahl vergoren. Nach Abschluss der Fermentierung verblieb der Wein noch einige Zeit auf der Hefe, bevor er zum fertigen Genuss auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
