The Warwick Estate Trilogy shines in the glass with a deep garnet hue and ruby rim, exuding aromas of lavender, mulberries, cedarwood, cigar box, and black berries. This iconic blend from Warwick Estate delivers remarkable intensity with firm tannins that provide exceptional structure. The finish is fruity and lasting, ensuring the utmost pleasure of high quality!
Each grape variety was harvested separately, destemmed, and hand-sorted. The wines underwent fermentation for 20 to 40 days on the skins, depending on tannin structure, with three to four pump-overs daily. After fermentation, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels (55% new, 2% third fill, and 42% fourth fill) for 24 months, followed by a stringent selection process to choose only the best barrels from the finest blocks.
