The Vuurberg White Cuvée dazzles with its multi-layered aroma and full-bodied structure. The nose delights with enticing scents of citrus, peach, and pineapple, complemented by subtle yeast nuances and a hint of straw. On the palate, the wine reveals richness and elegance with a creamy texture.
This distinctive Cuvée consists of 32% Verdelho, 30% Chenin Blanc, 17% Viognier, 15% Roussanne, and 6% Semillon. The blend of different grape varieties from various regions, along with a careful use of new oak, imparts complexity and a luxurious allure to both the nose and palate. A masterpiece crafted by winemaker Donovan Rall.
All grapes were fermented separately, whole-pressed without settling, except for the Semillon component, which was left on the skins for a week before being barreled.
