It showcases a bright lemon-green color, with a character that intertwines notes of zesty citrus, spices, delicate citrus blossoms, and a hint of buttery toast. Its full-bodied nature and captivating intensity of citrus are beautifully softened by gentle oak, offering a standout option for exquisite food pairings.
The grapes are hand-harvested, with most pressed as whole bunches. Fermentation occurs in barrels, both spontaneously and through inoculation, followed by partial malolactic fermentation and occasional bâtonnage. The wine ages for ten months in various barrel types, sizes, and toast levels before blending and bottling.
