Die Trauben wurden bei 20˚B geerntet und blieben 30 Minuten in Kontakt mit den Schalen, um behutsam Farbe und Aromen zu extrahieren. Die Gärung wurde bei 18 g/L Restzucker durch sterile Filtration gestoppt, wodurch die natürliche Frische und aromatische Intensität des Weins erhalten bleibt.
