Van Loveren Five's Reserve Chenin Blanc enchants the senses with a bouquet of tropical fruit aromas, particularly delicate guava notes. On the palate, it delivers a refreshing, crisp, and fruity sensation, culminating in a pleasantly dry mouthfeel that leads to a mineral, juicy, and lasting finish.
Die Trauben für diesen Chenin Blanc wurden per Hand gelesen, zerstampft und kalt ruhen gelassen. Während der Fermentierungsphase wurde die Temperatur sehr niedrig gehalten. Nach abgeschlossener Gärung wurde der Wein für einige Zeit auf der Hefe gelassen, um so mehr Fülle und intensivere Aromen in den Wein zu übertragen.
