In deep purple, the Uva Mira The Mira Shiraz releases an enchanting bouquet, featuring notes of violet, raspberry, and herbal fynbos, along with lush cherries, cranberries, and pomegranates. This acclaimed wine presents exceptional elegance on the palate, highlighted by velvety tannins, spicy black olives, and hints of tobacco and sweet spices. The rich nuances of red fruit and fresh herbs delight the senses, concluding with a lengthy, creamy finish.
Hand-harvested from a drier Shiraz vineyard located in a lower area with iron-rich Oakleaf soils and a warmer microclimate. Grapes are meticulously selected, and this Shiraz ages for 16 months in French oak barrels, with 35% being new wood.
