The Uva Mira Single Tree Chardonnay displays a radiant straw color, emanating an opulent and luxurious bouquet filled with Mediterranean peaches, exotic oak spices, and refreshing orange zest. The palate reveals remarkable purity, enhanced by a finely spiced freshness and stunning texture. Notes of aromatic oranges and dried stone fruits blend seamlessly with creamy almond paste. Despite a rich mouthfeel, the wine remains elegantly refined, boasting luxurious density and exceptional concentration. A lively acidity brings balance, while its taut, chalky structure melds perfectly with the oak influence. Die Trauben für diesen Spitzen-Chardonnay wurden in den frühen Morgenstunden per Hand gelesen und mit großer Sorgfalt ausgelesen und sortiert. Nur der allerbeste Saft wurde in Fässern aus französischer Eiche fermentiert. Nach Abschluss der Gärung wurde der Wein acht Monate auf der Hefe gelassen mit gelegentlichem "Aufrühren" (Batonnage). Der Wein reifte neun Monate in französischen Barriques (40 % Neuholz).
