The Uva Mira Single Tree Chardonnay displays a radiant straw color, emanating an opulent and luxurious bouquet filled with Mediterranean peaches, exotic oak spices, and refreshing orange zest. The palate reveals remarkable purity, enhanced by a finely spiced freshness and stunning texture. Notes of aromatic oranges and dried stone fruits blend seamlessly with creamy almond paste. Despite a rich mouthfeel, the wine remains elegantly refined, boasting luxurious density and exceptional concentration. After fermentation, the wine spent eight months on the lees with occasional stirring (Batonnage). It matured for nine months in French barriques (40% new wood).
