Die Trauben für diesen Riesling wurden komplett entrappt, gepresst, kalt ruhen gelassen und in Tanks aus Edelstahl bei 14ºC fermentiert. Der Wein wird vor der Abfüllung sechs Monate lang auf der Hefe gelagert.
