Die Trauben wurden per Hand sortiert und ruhten zwei Tage lang vor Fermentierung bei 28°C. Nach Abschluss der spontanen Gärung durch wilde Hefe reifte der Wein neun Monate lang in französischen Barriques, von denen 15% neue Fässer ausmachten und der Rest eine gute Balance aus Dritt- und Viertbelegung.
