Der Thelema Sutherland Grenache Rosé ist Grenache Noir pur – lebhaft und leicht! präsentiert sich elegant und knochentrocken mit angenehmer Frische und köstlichen Aromen roter Beerenfrucht, Cassis und Zuckerwatte. Diese Nuancen spiegeln sich auch am Gaumen wider, gepaart mit einem feinen Hauch Cassis und enden in einer ungemein knackigen Frische mit einem langen und angenehmen Abgang.
Anschließend wurden sie gepresst und der Most durch Flotation geklärt, bevor die Gärung in Edelstahltanks erfolgte.
