The Thelema Shiraz offers an enticing aroma of ripe mulberries, plums, and a hint of white pepper. After harvest, the grapes were destemmed, crushed, and underwent a six-day maceration. Prior to pressing, the juice was cooled in stainless steel tanks for two days. The wine matured for 18 months, with 30% in new French oak and the remainder in previously used barrels.
