The Thelema Rabelais 2022 enchants with rich aromas of dark berries, cassis, subtle mocha, and fragrant cedar wood. Luscious nuances of vanilla and sweet fruit grace the palate, complemented by refined tannins, leading to a long and sophisticated finish that elevates the tasting experience!
This remarkable Bordeaux blend showcases the finest grapes of the vintage. Only select barrels were deemed worthy to carry the illustrious name Rabelais.
Handpicked, destemmed, sorted, and crushed, the wine was then fermented in stainless steel tanks. After five days and the completion of fermentation, the wine remained on skins for an additional two days before pressing and undergoing malolactic fermentation in new French 225L barriques, maturing for a total of 18 months prior to bottling.
