The Thelema Merlot entices with a bouquet of luscious plums and red cherries, complemented by subtle spice undertones. On the palate, it reveals its rich concentration and a wonderfully smooth, refined structure from well-integrated tannins. A delightful hint of dark chocolate completes this remarkably balanced Merlot, creating an irresistible tasting experience!
Treatment in the cellar
Die Gärung erfolgt in Edelstahltanks, wobei eine Kombination aus belüftenden Überpumpungen und Unterstoss-Techniken angewendet wird, um eine optimale Extraktion von Farbe, Tanninen und Aromen zu gewährleisten. Nach Abschluss der Gärung wird der Wein von den Schalen abgezogen und in einen Lagertank überführt, bevor er ins Fass gefüllt wird. Die malolaktische Gärung findet in den Fässern statt.
Die Holzreifung dauert 18 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern, davon 15 % neu, der Rest in gebrauchten Fässern.
