The Oceanside Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot from the Winery of Good Hope captures the maritime essence of the South African Coastal Region. Its bouquet delights with aromas of ripe red fruits and cherries, harmoniously intertwined with hints of Fynbos. On the palate, this blend impresses with a precise texture and pronounced fruit concentration, concluding in a long, smooth finish. An elegant red wine blend that embodies perfect balance!

Die Trauben für diesen Wein wurden bei Sonnenaufgang in den frühen Morgenstunden per Hand gelesen. In der Kellerei wurden die ausgewählten Trauben dann zerquetscht und entrappt und in separate Gärbehälter gefüllt. Die Maische wurde fünf Tage lang einer kalten Quellphase unterzogen, um so ein Maximum an Frucht, Farbe und Geschmacksaromen zu extrahieren. Die Gärung dauerte 10 -12 Tage an. 40 % des Weins reiften zehn Monate lang in Fässern aus französischer Eiche, um fülligere Tannine und Tiefe am Gaumen in den Wein zu übertragen. Der im Edelstahltank ausgebaute Teil bringt großartige Fruchtigkeit mit sich.
