The Stellenview Africa Five Merlot 2024 captivates with its velvety tannins and alluring aromas of dark chocolate, ripe berries, and mulberries. Das Traubengut wurde bei Ankunft in der Kellerei zunächst einer dreitägigen Kaltquellphase unterzogen, bevor der Saft extrahiert und dreimal täglich umgepumpt wurde. Der Gärungsprozess fand bei geregelten 16 - 28° Celsius auf der Haut sowie in Tanks aus Edelstahl statt und dauerte einen Zeitraum von 10-25 Tagen an. Nach Abschluss der Gärung fand die malolaktische Gärung sowie Reifung unter Zugabe von Eichenholz im Stahltank ihren Abschluss, bevor der Wein zum fertigen Genuss auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
