The Steenberg Chardonnay 2023 captivates with a multifaceted bouquet of honey, fresh Golden Delicious apple, butterscotch, and delicate pastry. Das Traubengut wurde sanft am ganzen Bund gepresst, um eine optimale Fruchtextraktion zu gewährleisten. Anschließend fermentierte und reifte der Chardonnay eine Gesamtzeit von sechs Monaten zu 50 % in neuen 225 l Fässern aus französischem Eichenholz sowie zu 50 % in älteren, zuvor belegten und größeren französischen Barriques. Abschließend wurden die beiden Komponenten in Tanks aus Edelstahl verschnitten und der fertige Wein auf die Flasche gefüllt.
