Information about "Stark-Condé Monk Stone Chenin Blanc 2025"
The Stark-Condé Monk Stone Chenin Blanc presents an intricate portrayal of Chenin Blanc, matured thoughtfully in a fusion of handcrafted clay amphorae and neutral French oak barrels. Its aromatic palate introduces vibrant citrus notes, guava, and quince, seamlessly intertwined with subtle hints of Crème Brûlée. The taste bursts forth with refreshing vitality, culminating in a drawn-out finish that exhibits enduring mineral characteristics.
The name ‘Monk Stone’ pays homage to the magnificent boulder that emerges from the organically cultivated, elevated vineyard at Stark-Condé. This Chenin vineyard, with its bush vines, is meticulously structured along dramatic terraces, designed to mitigate soil erosion. The curvatures and ripple patterns of these terraces, coupled with the prominent rock, inspire the traditional aesthetics of Japanese rock gardens.

Leicht zitrisch, leicht exotisch.
