The organically cultivated grapes were harvested at night to preserve the wonderful freshness of the varietal and prevent oxidation. The chilled grapes were destemmed, crushed, and lightly pressed in the cellar. The juice underwent temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by four months of aging on fine lees, enhancing the wine’s elegance, flavor, and freshness.
