This biodynamic Chenin shows incredible juiciness on the palate, enriched by delightful hints of exotic notes such as fig and pineapple, culminating in a refreshingly vibrant finish.
Crafted from vines aged four to ten years, these grapes are cultivated under strict organic standards.
Handpicked at optimal ripeness, the organically grown grapes were destemmed and gently pressed in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness and concentrate the fruit aromas. The wine underwent four months on fine lees, enhancing its structure and depth of flavor.
