Das Traubengut wurde handgelesen und Beere für Beere per Hand sortiert. Die Fermentierung fand 24 Tage lang in Tanks aus Edelstahl statt. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein 26 Monate lang in 70% neuen französischen Barriques. Nur die besten Fässer wurden verschnitten und zum Genuss auf die Flasche gefüllt!
