Information about "Saurwein CHI Riesling 2024"
The Saurwein CHI Riesling dazzles with a bright pale color, exuding distinct aromas of peach, ginger, ripe apple, lime, white flowers, and a peppery slate touch. On the palate, it reveals a masterful balance between sweetness and acidity, complemented by a refined and intense fruit play.
According to winemaker Jessica Saurwein, CHI signifies "life force," referencing CHIUTA, an African rain god. The picturesque vineyard located in the fertile Elgin Valley inspires the creation of this crisp, handcrafted Riesling.
Treatment in the cellar
