The Sadie Family Palladius Magnum is an exclusive white wine blend from South Africa's Swartland. Its juicy fruit, impressive freshness, and concentration showcase exceptional craftsmanship. The aroma highlights mineral notes with a hint of stone fruit. On the palate, balsamic herb fragrances unfold, accompanied by delicate honey nuances and an elegant apple note, all framed by a harmonious acidity structure that leads to a lingering finish. Die Trauben für den Palladius wurden Beere für Beere per Hand sortiert und anschließend in der traditionellen Korbpresse gepresst. Der Saft floss dabei direkt in Tonamphoren, Betontanks (Beton-Ei) und alte Eichenfässer, wo er nach Abschluss der spontanen Gärung ohne Zugabe von Zusatzstoffen 24 Monate fermentierte und reifte. Der Wein wurde ungefiltert und unverfeinert auf die Flasche gefüllt.
