The Rupert & Rothschild Classique tantalizes with a welcoming bouquet of dark cherries and aromatic graphite notes, complemented by gentle earthy nuances. This quintessential Bordeaux-style cuvée showcases a silky texture that unveils fragrances of crushed red berries and cherry tobacco, enhanced with hints of oak spice. As it develops, abundant black cherry flavors emerge, leading to a smooth and persistent finish. Decanting is advised for optimum enjoyment.
Die Trauben für den Rupert & Rothschild Classique wurden per Hand gelesen und mit größter Sorgfalt für den weiteren Produktionsverlauf ausgewählt. Alkoholische Gärung sowie malolaktische Fermentierung fanden in Tanks aus Edelstahl mit ausgedehnter Dauer auf der Haut statt. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein 16 Monate lang in 225 l Fässern aus französischer Eiche.
