The Rupert & Rothschild Classique tantalizes with a welcoming bouquet of dark cherries and aromatic graphite notes, complemented by gentle earthy nuances. This quintessential Bordeaux-style cuvée showcases a silky texture that unveils fragrances of crushed red berries and cherry tobacco, enhanced with hints of oak spice. The grapes for the Rupert & Rothschild Classique are handpicked with utmost care, ensuring only the finest are selected for production. Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic conversion take place in stainless steel tanks with extended skin contact. Following fermentation, the wine matures for 16 months in 225-litre French oak barrels.
