Das Traubengut wurde per Hand - und nachts geerntet um die Aromen zu bewahren. Vor der Gärung wurde eine 48-stündige Kaltmazeration durchgeführt um die Farbe und Frucht zu extrahieren. Malolaktische Gärung in Fässern und der Wein reifte 20 Monate in zweit-dritt-sowie viert belegten französischen Eichenholzfässern.
