On the palate, it presents a wonderfully velvety character, with well-integrated tannins and enticing flavors of red currants and blueberries. This Pinotage seduces the palate and finishes with a long, juicy aftertaste.
Nach Abschluss der Gärung bei geregelten 24°C in offenen Tanks aus Edelstahl fand auch die malolaktische Fermentierung zu 100% im Stahltank statt. Abschließend reifte der Wein 12 Monate lang in französischen Barriques, bevor er zum fertigen Genuss auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
