Das Traubengut für diesen herrlichen Cape Blend stammt von 17 Weinbergblöcken, die sich über 55 Hektar und acht verschiedene Bodentypen erstrecken. Alle Blöcke wurden separat geerntet und vinifiziert. Die Fermentierung fand spontan auf natürliche Weise statt, ohne Zugabe kommerzieller Hefen. Der Syrah-Anteil durchlief eine Kohlensäuremaischung und Reifung in Betontanks, während jeder der anderen Bestandteile ein Jahr lang in Fässern gereift wurde, bevor sie verschnitten wurden und für ein weiteres Jahr in denselben Fässern die Reifung durchliefen (insgesamt 24 Monate Reifung). Der Wein wurde anschließend ungeklärt und unfiltriert auf die Flasche gefüllt.

Ein guter cape blend, der alles vereint und dabei bezahlbar bleibt.
Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Bringt Bordeaux und Shiraz Liebhaber zusammen. Haben ihn das erste Mal im Winhus in Stellenbosch getrunken und immer wieder gerne.
