The Rall White 2024 truly impresses from the first glass. Its bouquet presents a captivating blend of dried apples and peaches, accented with hints of spices and floral citrus notes. Exceptional natural acidity combined with a low pH provides remarkable aging potential of up to ten years. On the palate, the wine is clear and focused, revealing a deep fruit structure with invigorating acidity contributing to a refreshing mouthfeel. A long-lasting, nutty finish completes the experience. This exquisite cuvée comprises 69% Chenin Blanc, 29% Verdelho, and 2% Viognier, exemplifying the pinnacle of South African winemaking.

Grapes are picked as early as possible, swiftly brought to the cellar where they are sorted and either destemmed, crushed, or placed directly into a tiny basket press depending on the grape variety. Minimal intervention is key; the wine ferments with natural 'wild' yeasts—no additional yeast is added before fermentation.
