The Rall Red is a Syrah-driven blend from Swartland that embodies classic Rhône characteristics. Rich and peppery, this wine presents a concentrated profile marked by Mediterranean bush aromas. With a firm tannic foundation, it exudes a juicy, meaty intensity. Hints of red and black fruits harmonize with savory spices, notably featuring smoked meat notes, delivering a silky mouthfeel and elegant tannins. An exceptional cuvée that perfectly balances expression and character.
Syrah (71%), Grenache Noir (17%), Carignan (8%), and Cinsault (4%) underwent over 50% whole-bunch fermentation and aged for 12 months in old, used French oak barrels. The wine was filtered and bottled, with an additional 12 months of aging before release.
