The Rall Red is a Syrah-driven blend from Swartland that embodies classic Rhône characteristics. Rich and peppery, this wine presents a concentrated profile marked by Mediterranean bush aromas. With a firm tannic foundation, it exudes a juicy, meaty intensity. Hints of red and black fruits harmonize with savory spices, notably featuring smoked meat notes, delivering a silky mouthfeel and elegant tannins. An exceptional cuvée that perfectly balances expression and character.
Syrah (71%), Grenache Noir(17%), Carignan (8%) und Cinsault (4%) wurden zu mehr als 50% am ganzen Bund fermentiert und reiften nach Abschluss der Gärung 12 Monate lang in alten und zuvorbelegten französischen Eichenfässern. Anschließend wurde der Wein gefiltert auf die Flasche gefüllt, wo er vor Herausgabe noch weitere 12 Monate reifte.
